Australia's National LGBTI Recruitment Guide profiling organisations active in LGBTI workplace inclusion, to be released annually.
The ANRG, launched in 2013, was developed with two significant aims;
- to demonstrate to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex graduates and Jobseekers that they can start their careers in organisations that are inclusive of LGBTI employees and;
- to highlight organisations across all sectors in Australia that are actively engaged in making their workplaces truly inclusive of sexual and gender diversity.
We’re passionate about this resource for two reasons: Because it gives us an opportunity to promote our member organisations who are doing some great work in LGBTI workplace inclusion and because we can now demonstrate to all those LGBTI students, graduates and job seekers that there are some fantastic organisations across all sectors that will welcome their skills and talents, and value them for being exactly who they are.
